Job summary

SoftwareOne in Amsterdam is seeking a Cyber Solution Specialist to drive sales success by scoping, designing, and quoting complex opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to sales teams and clients while identifying cross- and up-selling potential, building strong vendor relationships, optimizing pricing and margins, and maintaining certifications to maximize business impact.

• Solid knowledge of sales processes across the full deal cycle.
• Well-organized and proactive, with a focus on quality and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Quoting for Focus/Strategic Vendors & Complex Requests: Own end-to-end quoting for complex deals and renewals, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Scoping and Sizing Opportunities: Assess client needs with sales/pre-sales to scope and size opportunities.
• Solution Design and Proposal/Quote Development: Design tailored licensing solutions and deliver value-driven proposals.
• Local Relationship Management with Focus/Strategic Vendors: Act as key contact for vendors, drive collaboration and governance.
• Margin Definition and Alignment: Define margins using pricing strategies, rebates and market insights.
• Cyber Knowledge: Leverage cyber expertise to drive vendor strategy and knowledge development.
