Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to drive consulting engagements with hybrid work arrangements. You will lead risk management, security architecture, compliance and incident response projects while expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and executives, oversee junior consultants, and translate complex security challenges into compelling consulting propositions,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or a closely related field.
• Track record of delivering complex cybersecurity consulting projects independently.
• Experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for business development or revenue contribution.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and GDPR.
• Strong consultative selling ability and ability to articulate value to executive audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how cybersecurity risk translates to business impact.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands in a hybrid working mode.

In this role, you will combine deep technical and strategic expertise with strong client-facing skills, leading cybersecurity consulting engagements while driving business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is not a purely delivery-focused role – you will open doors, build trust at the executive level and translate client challenges into compelling consulting propositions while ensuring the quality of our work.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001
• Experience in specific verticals such as financial services, healthcare or critical infrastructure
• Existing network of decision-maker relationships in the market
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and evolving threat landscapes
