Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to drive consulting engagements with hybrid work arrangements. You will lead risk management, security architecture, compliance and incident response projects while expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and executives, oversee junior consultants, and translate complex security challenges into compelling consulting propositions,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or a closely related field.
• Track record of delivering complex cybersecurity consulting projects independently.
• Experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for business development or revenue contribution.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and GDPR.
• Strong consultative selling ability and ability to articulate value to executive audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how cybersecurity risk translates to business impact.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity consulting engagements across risk management, security architecture, compliance and incident response.
• Develop and present high-quality deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, strategies and executive reports.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CISOs and C-level executives.
• Oversee junior consultants on project teams, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events and direct outreach.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to position services as solutions to client security challenges.
• Develop tailored proposals, statements of work and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
