Job summary

Arvato is launching a Customer Support Specialist role at a brand-new campus in Puttershoek. You will coordinate with internal teams and act as the main operational contact for the customer, driving smooth communication and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in reporting or customer support, strong English skills, and experience with SAP WMS, SAP BO, and Power BI. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for operational customer queries.

• Manage and maintain systems, applications, and operational data.
• Ensure access to accurate, reliable, and well-presented information and reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute tasks in line with service levels and business requirements; monitor quality and identify improvements.

Job Description

Ready to take the next step in your career as a Customer Support Specialist within an international logistics environment? In this role, you will become part of the implementation of a new customer at our brand-new campus in Puttershoek. As part of the Customer Support team, you will help build and optimize customer support processes while acting as the key operational contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders.

You'll work in a dynamic supply chain environment where customer satisfaction, collaboration and continuous improvement are key. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful launch of a new operation and help shape one of the most modern logistics campuses in Europe.

YOUR TASKS

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operational communication and delivering outstanding customer service.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational customer queries;

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling questions regarding SLA's, transportation and customs;

Manage and maintain systems, applications and operational data;

Ensure customers and internal stakeholders have access to accurate, reliable and professionally presented information and reports;

Execute operational tasks and assignments in line with agreed service levels and business requirements;

Monitor quality standards, identify deviations and implement improvements where required;

Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international logistics environment.

Bachelor's working and thinking level;

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;

Experienced with WMS systems (SAP), SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and Power BI;

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, customer support or a comparable operational environment;

Experience with Consumer Productcustomers and Customer Support is considered a strong advantage.
