As a Customer Support Representative at ClubCollect, you will provide support via phone and email to our customers, ensuring their experience of using our products and services is seamless.

You will build strong relationships with customers, maximise their benefit from our offerings, and assist in overcoming any challenges they may face. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Essential

• You have a natural likeability;
• You have excellent command of Dutch, French and English;
• You are a good listener and a strong communicator;
• You have empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries;
• You are available 40 hours per week.

Preferred

• You have experience in customer success, support, onboarding, implementation or account management roles;
• You have experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or support ticketing systems (e.g Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk);
• You are familiar with the company’s industry;
• You have an affinity with sports and/or clubs and foundations.
