Homerun B.V. seeks a motivated Junior Sales Representative fluent in English, Dutch and French to grow their client base across regions. You will contact potential clients via cold and warm outreach, identify opportunities, schedule online or in-person meetings, and demonstrate ClubCollect to prospects.

You will be the primary contact throughout the process to establish partnerships. The role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative who is fluent in English, Dutch, and French. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and supporting our expanding client base across multiple regions.

You will establish contact with potential clients through a mix of cold and warm outreach; identify and develop new market opportunities; maintain contact independently, scheduling online or in-person meetings; and demonstrate ClubCollect to potential users. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the process, with the ultimate goal of establishing partnerships.

About You

Essential

• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented;
• Proficient in Google Workspace or similar software tools;
• Available to work 40 hours per week.

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales or customer service and/or negotiation skills;
• Affinity with sports and/or associations/foundations;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

• Working effectively in a multinational team across countries.
