Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish.
• Ensure deliveries meet SLAs and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to align with customer expectations.
• Identify discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and drive resolutions.
• Support continuous process improvements by addressing deviations.
