Job summary

Arvato’s Consumer Product division in Heijen seeks a Customer Support Officer to coordinate and monitor outgoing orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and SLA adherence. You’ll work with internal teams across supply chain for healthcare products, using ERP/WMS systems and Excel to analyze data and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes customer focus, proactive communication, and a collaborative team approach in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• MBO (vocational) working and thinking level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or an HBO starter.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination.
• Analyzing operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations.
• Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborating with colleagues to resolve them.
• Supporting continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.
