Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations in our Limburg warehouse, coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor shipments, resolve delays, and optimize transport processes in a fast-paced environment.

Required are a logistics-focused background, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with TMS; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics; supervision is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or other relevant software; SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily transportation operations within the warehouse; ensure shipments are dispatched efficiently and delivered on time.
Monitor and track shipments; take action to address delays or issues.
Improve transport efficiency by working with warehouse teams and external carriers.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation: invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs.
Communicate shipment statuses, delivery times, and changes to customers.
