• Fluency in Dutch and English required.

• Ability to own both commercial and technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship - spot expansion, drive upsell, turn customers into advocates
• Lead implementation end to end - configure the platform, run training, embed it into daily workflows
• Be the trusted face customers rely on - the person who makes the product genuinely stick
