Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau in Leiden/Leiderdorp is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Polish/Czech speakers in a full-time hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for customers from Eastern Europe and manage inquiries, orders and aftersales.

You will coordinate with sales, purchasing and logistics, process orders in ERP/CRM, and prepare international transport documentation, with opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least mbo level of working and thinking.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role.
• Fluent command of Polish, Czech, or Slovak and English.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP).
• Knowledge of export procedures and international transport documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Start as a customer service representative polish/czech in Leiden/Leiderdorp. A full-time job with hybrid work, good salary, and room for growth.

Over de vacature:

As a customer service representative polish/czech, you are the first point of contact for our customers from Eastern Europe. You work full-time (40 hours per week) in a dynamic and international environment. You manage customer inquiries, process orders, and handle aftersales. You have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself through training and career advancement. The position is permanent and you work in a hybrid setup: partly at the office in Leiden/Leiderdorp, partly from home.

You start your working day by reviewing open customer inquiries and checking order statuses. Then you answer emails and phone calls in Polish, Czech, or Slovak and actively think along with the customer for the best solution. You coordinate with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also process orders in the ERP and CRM system and prepare international transport documentation.
