You speak and write Dutch and German, enjoy a informal and personal atmosphere, and you will collaborate with colleagues to guide customers on sizes, item combos and colors, turning shoppers into fans.

Our client has a webshop that specializes in clothing for men, not only in the Netherlands and Germany, but also internationally.The have a wonderful office in the center of Amsterdam on the most beautiful canal.
Your daily goal is to turn our customers into our client's fans. As a Support Professional, you provide the best possible service to customers.You have contact by phone, e-mail and chat. Every customer is different, so you ensure that every customer also receives a 'perfect fit' answer.
Of course you don\'t do that alone. You work together with your colleagues to help our customers with their questions beyond expectations.
You also advise customers with the right choice in terms of size, combination of items or the best colors. You think along with the customer and ensure that you always offer a suitable solution.
