Qualifications

• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Duits.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice.
• Passie voor service en persoonlijk contact.
• Ervaring met mode en styling is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Verlenen van klantenservice via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
• Adviseert klanten op maat over maatvoering, combinaties en kleuren.
• Samenwerken met collega's om vragen hoger te voorzien dan verwacht.
• Streeft er dagelijks naar klanten fan van het merk te maken.

You always give the customer personal attention, this gives you a lot of responsibility.

You speak and write Dutch and German.

You like to provide the best service and help the customer well.

You get all the freedom for that.

Our client has a webshop that specializes in clothing for men, not only in the Netherlands and Germany, but also internationally.

The have a wonderful office in the center of Amsterdam on the most beautiful canal.

Your daily goal is to turn our customers into our client's fans.

As a Support Professional, you provide the best possible service to customers.

You have contact by phone, e-mail and chat.

Every customer is different, so you ensure that every customer also receives a 'perfect fit' answer.

Of course you don't do that alone.

You work together with your colleagues to help our customers with their questions beyond expectations.

You also advise customers with the right choice in terms of size, combination of items or the best colors.

You think along with the customer and ensure that you always offer a suitable solution.

Requirements

• You are fluent in both German and Dutch.
• You have a passion for service and personal contact
• You have a feeling for (men's) fashion and styling
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Care
• You are proactive, enthusiastic, always positive and providing service flows through your veins
• You are empathetic and can empathize with the customer
• You think in solutions and don't panic when it's busy
• You feel at ease in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment
• You enjoy the challenge of taking customer service to an even higher level together with your colleagues
• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area
