Job summary
DHL Weert is seeking a Customer Service Agent/Receptionist to coordinate communication between ASML and DHL departments while supporting customer service and on-site reception activities. The role requires on-site presence due to reception duties and involves handling inquiries via email, tickets, and phone calls.
You will work day shifts Monday to Friday, with an hourly wage of 15.83 €. A range of allowances and overtime rates apply, and you will be part of a full-time two-shift system
Qualifications
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing high-level support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and ticketing requests.
- Investigate SAP and operational issues.
- Coordinate communication between ASML and DHL teams.
- Follow up on customer requests and pending issues.
- Support reception, receive and manage visitors.
- Assist with warehouse and daily operational tasks.
