Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to support the order-to-delivery process for major European retail clients. In this role, you’ll work within the European Supply Chain team to ensure accurate order processing and a high-quality service experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administration, sales support, order management, logistics, or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Support customers and business partners with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to monitor deliveries and resolve issues.
• Investigate billing queries and coordinate with Finance for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and audit activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
