Job summary

Packit in Oud-Beijerland (Hoeksche Waard) seeks an Account Support employee to handle daily contact with Dutch and international customers. You will process orders, quotations, input documents and arrange deliveries, while supporting Account Managers to focus on growth.

The ideal candidate has HBO level, experience with Exact (or similar ERP), is communicative, independent and customer‑focused, with Dutch and English proficiency; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with Exact, a similar ERP systems or you have enough affinity to master this quickly.
• You are communicative, enthusiastic and have commercial acumen.
• You have already proven that you can work independently, maintain overview, and always prioritize the customer.
• You have good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of German is a significant advantage!

Responsibilities

• order processing, quotations and input documents and make arrangements for deliveries.
• You provide support to our Account Managers so they can fully focus on building the organization.
• Because you already have experience in such a role, you can also prioritize well on your own and you know what it takes to serve a customer optimally.
• You go out of your way to make sure orders are fulfilled to perfection.
• If something goes wrong within the organization, you are the one who keeps a cool head and ensures everything gets resolved, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction!
