In this full-time role (40 hours/week) you will work with Front Office and supply chain colleagues to monitor orders, handle urgent requests, and prepare documents like Certificates of Conformity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders with Front Office teams and suppliers.
• Manage order processing from entry to shipment.

• Update order data, promised dates, and change requests.
• Prepare export documents and certificates as needed.
• Support the Customer Contact Center with order management.
