Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Dordrecht seeks a Customer Service Officer to ensure smooth processes across Benelux. You’ll work with Customer Service, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, and external partners to move demo stock, rebates, BuyBacks, and end-user buybacks, ensuring accurate handoffs and timely actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or related operations is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with dealers, Sales, and Finance.
• Willingness to take ownership and drive processes forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage demo stock and support related processes within FME, JSS, and Sales.
• Coordinate periodic rebate payments to dealers and oversee BuyBacks.
• Oversee End User BuyBacks and ensure proper throughput to Stichting OPEN.
• Own the return process within the Benelux and keep colleagues informed.
• Coordinate POS materials and Give Aways; generate and share reports.
• Analyze customer service data and monitor Salesforce/Genesys reports.
• Identify and act on process improvements with the right stakeholders.
