Job summary

Sendcloud, Eindhoven HQ (2 days in office), is seeking a Customer Solution Specialist for the Benelux region. You will be the primary Dutch-speaking contact for B2B merchants, handling onboarding questions to shipping escalations with speed and clarity.

You will manage a multichannel queue across calls, live chat, and tickets, translating technical complexity into practical next steps while building deep product knowledge across our carrier ecosystem and collaborating with the Support team.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong multitasking across multiple channels.
• Based in the Netherlands.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Dutch-speaking contact for Benelux B2B merchants, handling onboarding and shipping escalations.
• Manage a multichannel queue across calls, live chat and tickets with quality and speed.
• Explain technical concepts in practical steps and guide customers through the platform.
• Own your queue with urgency and accountability for every open ticket.
• Identify recurring pain points and elevate them to fix upstream issues.
• Build deep product knowledge across our carrier ecosystem and integrations.
