Neways Electronics International is hiring a Customer Return Administrator in Son, NL. You will manage customer returns, ensuring accurate registration and timely processing within agreed lead times, collaborating with customers, logistics partners, repair departments and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MBO vocational education in administrative or logistics field.
• Experience with logistics and automated systems.
• Proficiency with PC, especially Word and Outlook.
• Good command of Dutch (advanced) and basic English.

Responsabilités

• Picking and processing released production orders.
• Managing inventory physically and administratively.
• Coordinating and processing return shipments to suppliers.
• Performing inventory checks and identifying discrepancies.
• Supporting operational processes within the RMA team.
• Contributing to a safe, organized and efficient work environment.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting circular services development.
