Job summary

Neways Electronics International in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Return Administrator to join the Circular Service Center. You will handle administrative and operational processing of customer returns, ensuring timely registration, tracking, and handling within agreed lead times.

You will collaborate with customers, logistics partners, repair departments, and internal teams to maintain control over return flows and deliver professional service.

Qualifications

• MBO level education in administration or logistics.
• Experience with logistics and automated systems.
• Proficiency with Word and Outlook.
• Strong administrative skills and quality awareness.
• Fluent Dutch and basic English.
• Understanding of internal logistics processes.
• Sociable with responsibility for self and team.
• Forklift and reach truck certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing of returned goods accurately and timely.
• Manage inventory physically and administratively.
• Coordinate return shipments to suppliers.
• Perform inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Support ongoing operational processes within the RMA team.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support circular services development.
