Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking a Junior Customer Quality Engineer to become a main customer quality contact. You will learn to assess, register, coordinate and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely and professional updates.

From NCWS Echt you will work with colleagues across disciplines and locations, growing in quality and customer management while supporting RFQs, new product introductions and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• HBO level of thinking and working, or equivalent.
• Interest in quality methodologies such as 8D and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Assess, register, and coordinate customer complaints under guidance.
• Monitor actions, deadlines and progress across cases.
• Maintain customer communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate with NCWS Echt and NSK Slovakia production sites.
• Request root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Review analyses and improvements with colleagues.
• Support RFQ/proposal processes and new product introductions.
• Contribute to structural quality improvements.
