Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking a Service & Repair Planner to ensure timely initiation of activities, provide customer feedback, and deliver orders according to commitments. You will coordinate repair, refurbishment, and returns across the service chain, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent.
• Experience with planning and operational/logistics processes is a strong advantage, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to switch efficiently between tasks and prioritize workload.
• Structured working style and decisive decision-making.
• Strong Dutch and English communication; German is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing service orders to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate with production and other teams regarding order release, track progress, and initiate corrective actions.
• Prioritize and resolve urgent logistics and supply chain challenges across the organization.
• Safeguard delivery performance and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Act as the Service & Repair Planner for various Customer Focus Teams, aligning activities and resources.
• Maintain a clear planning overview of the Service & Repair portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate improvement projects.
