Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a Service & Repair Planner to ensure timely initiation of activities, provide feedback to customers, and deliver orders as committed. You will coordinate repair, refurbishment, and return processes across the service chain and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree HBO or equivalent.
• Experience in planning and operations/logistics is preferred.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing service orders to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with production and other teams on order release and progress.
• Prioritize and resolve urgent logistics and supply chain challenges.
• Safeguard delivery performance and ensure commitments are met.
• Act as Service & Repair Planner for various Customer Focus Teams.
