Job summary

JP Gray is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join an international, customer-facing operations team in Amersfoort. The role blends operational ownership with project-based process improvements across European markets within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Shared Services to optimise pricing, rebates and contract activities while driving KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
• Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support, Commercial Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate critical customer-related operational processes.
• Support pricing administration, rebate management and contract-related activities.
• Monitor customer performance and service KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support customer inquiries, sample management and commercial requests.
• Prepare performance reports, action trackers and management updates.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Shared Services teams.
• Contribute to process standardisation and harmonisation across multiple countries.
• Help shape and further develop a newly established function.
