JP Gray is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end learning programme operations across an international retail environment. You will collaborate with L&D, HR, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and accurate reporting.

Based in the Amsterdam area with hybrid working options, this role requires 2–5 years in learning operations, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset to drive learner engagement and programme success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning Operations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning programme operations.
• Manage schedules, communications, logistics, and programme administration.
• Support virtual and in-person learning events.
• Maintain programme calendars and milestones.
• Produce attendance, forecasting, and performance reports.
• Partner with HR, L&D teams, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and training providers.
• Support programme delivery and learner engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate webinars and virtual learning sessions.
• Monitor participation data and learner feedback.
• Manage courses and assignments within learning management systems.
