Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in customer operations and knowledge of FMCG supply chain processes. The position offers a salary between €3,900 and €5,250 gross per month, hybrid working options, and additional benefits such as a company bonus and generous leave policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations or related field.
• Experience in FMCG preferred.
• Ability to lead CI initiatives and solve structural process issues.

Responsibilities

• Improve service delivery and execute seamless operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and solve customer issues.
• Coordinate automated order, delivery, and invoicing workflows.

Skills

Customer service experience

Fluent in Dutch

Proficient in English and French

Knowledge of FMCG supply chain processes

Expertise in order processing and transport coordination

Experience with Salesforce

Experience with SAP S4HANA

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in relevant field
