Job summary

JPGray - Netherlands is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a fast-paced international digital organisation in Amsterdam (Hybrid). You will work with seasoned PMs, engineers, analysts and designers to help shape products used by millions of customers worldwide.

You will contribute to product discovery, feature development and optimisation initiatives, applying data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. 1–3 years of related experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Design, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define solutions to customer and business problems.
• Help identify customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Contribute to product discovery activities, validation exercises and experimentation initiatives.
• Translate insights into feature recommendations and prioritised work items.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
• Assist in roadmap planning and short- to medium-term prioritisation.
