Job summary

Nexus Grid - a DNV Company is seeking an early-career Customer Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator. You will connect the product, the implementation team, and the customer to coordinate onboarding and rollout activities, guiding customers through their first steps and expanding how they use the solution.

You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with customers and technical teams to drive adoption, capture feedback, and turn insights into ongoing value for energy network customers.

Qualifications

• University degree completed; engineering/technology/business/innovation management or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Structured, proactive approach with the ability to coordinate actions across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and learn through customer-facing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding from kick-off through readiness checks, training, commissioning, acceptance and handover.
• Deliver implementation projects by aligning scope, actions, milestones and stakeholders with support from technical specialists.
• Act as a trusted advisor during rollout, translating customer needs into practical next steps and product guidance.
• Drive product adoption by helping users understand insights and operating processes.
