Nexus Grid - a DNV Company is seeking a Head of Legal to partner with the business on customer contracts, corporate and compliance matters. You will draft, review and negotiate agreements across customers, suppliers, distributors and partners, ensuring fast deals with balanced terms.

You will guide governance, shareholder matters and strategic transactions while owning data protection, cybersecurity and AI compliance with product and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law and admission to the bar is a plus.
• Solid experience in commercial contracting in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract and corporate law in an international context.
• Experience with data protection and IP matters.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier, distributor and partnership agreements.
• Advise management and the board on corporate governance, shareholder and strategic transactions.
• Own data protection, cybersecurity and AI compliance topics together with product and IT.
• Protect and manage intellectual property, licensing and confidentiality.
• Handle contract disputes, claims and terminations, and coordinate with external counsel where needed.
• Build contract templates, playbooks and approval processes that let the commercial team move faster.
