Job summary

Big Green Smile is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the UK CRM and retention efforts from Amsterdam. This hybrid role (Amsterdam) focuses on our growing email program and lifecycle strategies to drive repeat purchases and sustainable revenue growth.

You will own campaign planning, execution, QA and reporting, while collaborating with a small team to prioritise work and maintain brand compliance. Fluency in British English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on CRM and email marketing experience.
• Experience supporting UK e-commerce audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK CRM and email calendar and delivery.
• Translate priorities into clear campaign plans and briefs.
• Build, QA, segment, schedule and deploy campaigns.
• Write engaging copy reflecting the Big Green Smile brand.
• Monitor performance and optimise lifecycle journeys.
• Support CMS updates and select digital channels.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to prioritise efforts.
