Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Junior to Medior CRM Platform Engineer to join the CRM Platforms team. You’ll grow with onboarding and mentorship, building expertise across the CRM stack including Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hightouch.

You’ll own CRM platform health, enable global CRM campaigns, and translate business goals into technical solutions while learning the internals of CRM engineering. English fluency is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CRM platforms and a logical mindset to help us stay goal-driven.
• Curiosity for Marketing Tech and learning new tools like Braze, SFMC and Hightouch.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas for non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM platforms ecosystem and ensure healthy, high-performing systems.
• Support global CRM teams by driving technical excellence in campaigns.
• Dive into Salesforce DX and understand the underlying mechanics of CRM engineering.
• Translate campaign goals into technical requirements for delivery across teams.
• Help manage data flows via Hightouch to keep platforms scalable for millions of users.
• Bring a proactive, get-things-done attitude to every task.
