Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Junior to Medior CRM Platform Engineer to join the CRM Platforms team. You’ll grow with onboarding and mentorship, building expertise across the CRM stack including Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hightouch.

You’ll own CRM platform health, enable global CRM campaigns, and translate business goals into technical solutions while learning the internals of CRM engineering. English fluency is essential in this role.

You don’t need a heavy technical background to start; if you have a solid logical foundation and a passion for learning, we will provide the onboarding and mentorship you need to become a specialist. You’ll be mentored by experts as you take ownership of industry-leading tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hightouch. You aren't just a support function; you are a platform owner, ensuring our tech is reliable, automated, and ready for the next big innovation.

Key components to the position

• Platform Ownership: Take pride in managing our CRM ecosystem, aiming high to ensure platforms are healthy and performing at their full potential.
• Technical Enablement: Support global CRM teams by driving excellence in the technical aspects of their campaigns and finding the best solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Deep dive into Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) and master the "under the hood" mechanics of CRM engineering.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate campaign goals into technical reality through clear communication.
• Automation & Reliability: Help manage data flows via Hightouch, ensuring our platforms are scalable and capable of reaching millions of customers.
• Proactive Delivery: Bring a "get things done" attitude to every task, taking responsibility for high-quality results from start to finish.
