Job summary

Sotalent is seeking a CRM Manager to lead multi-channel retention programmes across email, push, SMS and in-app. You will shape CRM strategy, run data-driven experiments, and work with local and international teams to deliver personalised customer experiences.

This role requires a hands-on mentor who can drive innovation, optimise campaigns and ensure execution quality across markets. The successful candidate will collaborate with Data, Product and Brand teams to align messaging, maintain CRM

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, Push and In-App.
Strong analytical skills with segmentation, testing and retention optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and project ownership.
Experience collaborating with local and global teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Design and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns focused on retention and LTV.
Lead A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation to improve campaign performance.
Streamline CRM processes, voucher planning and campaign workflows.
Collaborate with Data, Product and Brand teams on customer messaging.
Lead CRM projects including new channels and cross-channel initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and maintain execution quality.
