Job summary

dotdotdash is seeking a CRM Content Manager to plan, coordinate and publish customer communications across app, email and push for a major European engagement. You’ll ensure campaigns land on time, briefs are accurate, and assets flow from brief to customer hand.

You’ll work at the intersection of content, data and marketing systems, learning how journeys, segments and data connect while growing your expertise in CRM platforms in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in CRM, email marketing, content coordination or campaign operations
• Genuinely organised and able to manage multiple items without dropping any
• Sharp eye and discipline to check before things go out
• Comfortable with technology and marketing platforms, not just briefing
• Curious about how strategy becomes a campaign and how data decides who sees it
• Proactive by instinct, raise issues early
• Clear English communication; Dutch or French is a plus
• Exposure to a CRM platform (Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Plexure) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CRM content calendar across campaigns and moments
• Write and manage briefs for copy, design and localisation, and chase at‑risk items
• Build and publish inside the CRM platform: templates, blocks, audiences and timing
• Run quality assurance before sends: links, personalisation, rendering, language versions and consent
• Learn how CRM data flows and integrate journeys, segments and triggers
• Pull and prepare campaign reporting and share what performed and what to test next
