Job summary

Action is seeking an eCommerce CRM Specialist to design, optimize, and scale CRM journeys across channels, including cart abandonment, back-in-stock alerts, and transactional emails. You will work with UX, BI, Marketing, and Tech to deliver data-driven campaigns that improve revenue and customer engagement.

You will translate insights into practical actions, maintain GDPR compliance, and continuously enhance relevance and conversion.

Qualifications

A relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Business, or similar.
At least 3–4 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, SAP Emarsys.

Responsibilities

Analyse customer data and identify opportunities to move Action’s growth.
Design and optimize CRM journeys for eCommerce (cart abandonment, back-in-stock, transactional emails).
Collaborate with UX, BI, Digital Marketing, and Tech to ensure data-driven campaigns.
Run A/B tests and analyze performance to improve conversion and engagement.
Develop segmentation strategies for personalized communication across channels.
Ensure GDPR and other regulations are followed.
