Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a CRM & Communications Coordinator based in the Netherlands to own and optimize CRM and high-volume communications across a multi-brand portfolio. You will manage email operations, audience segmentation and recurring communications at scale, while building repeatable systems for onboarding new brands into a consistent communications infrastructure.

Qualifications

Experience in a mature CRM environment with high-volume communications.
Hands-on with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar systems for audience management and automation.
Practical understanding of email infrastructure and deliverability.
Ability to adjust email templates with basic HTML/CSS.
Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement in a fast-growth context.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Mailchimp database across multiple brands with data hygiene.
Build segments by contact type, brand, geography and lifecycle stage.
Plan, deploy and monitor high-volume email communications with deliverability focus.
Manage communications calendar: newsletters, updates, platform announcements for brands.
Monitor open/click/unsubscribe rates and optimize segmentation and timing.
Onboard new brands into CRM, import lists, create segments and templates.
Develop reusable email templates, blocks and assets for onboarding.
Use Zapier and AI tools to automate content and CRM workflows.
Document CRM processes and best practices for consistency and scale.
Support visual assets for emails using Canva/Figma; manage Google Business Profile.
