Job summary

Independent Recruiters is seeking a CRM Project Manager for a 7-month temporary assignment in fashion/retail. The role covers end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on peak trading moments and data-driven optimization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and forecast revenue while delivering high-volume, commercially driven campaigns. Hybrid working is offered, and the position combines strategic planning with operational delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager within email, lifecycle or customer marketing.
• Strong expertise in delivering high-volume, commercially driven CRM campaigns and peak trading initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, customer journeys and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience in revenue forecasting, budget management and performance reporting.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, capable of independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, onsite and in-store channels.
• Develop and manage campaign strategies, roadmaps and creative briefs aligned with commercial objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, coordinating internal teams, external agencies and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, forecast revenue and track KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Drive engagement and retention through data-driven segmentation, personalization and post-campaign analysis.
