Job summary

DEPT® Toronto is seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a wide range of campaigns within the Global Studios team. You will project-manage the production process end to end and lead a client services team alongside global partners, representing DEPT® to clients and driving strategic, value-added relationships.

You will oversee briefs, deadlines, and production, working closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and on

Qualifications

• Agency experience in Client Services (Senior AM/Account Supervisor)
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications (digital, CRM, email)
• CRM platforms knowledge: Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Deep production and interactive processes understanding
• Highly organized; manage multiple projects and timelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage, draft and review client briefs
• Ensure deadlines across campaigns; plan capacity
• Clarify questions; manage expectations with clients
• Transfer client feedback to design and production teams
• Address ambiguous client requests with strategic direction
• Assess feasibility and next steps before production
• Prioritize team workloads and escalate when needed
• Build strong client relationships through meetings
