Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Marketing Data Science and Analytics team. You will build and scale core predictive models, including Bayesian MMMs and engagement metrics, to drive multi‑channel growth and business decisions.

With a strong foundation in statistics and Python, you will automate model validation, collaborate with leadership, and push for automated data products. The role offers a hybrid work model and a focus on high-impact insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with advanced statistics, econometrics, or time-series modelling.
• Strong Python experience and ability to build data products.
• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Bayesian MMM and ROI frameworks for marketing insights.
• Build and deploy econometric and statistical models (MMM, GMV, engagement).
• Automate model validation and health monitoring.
• Develop next-gen automated capabilities, including self-healing MMMs.
• Collaborate with decision scientists and marketing leadership.
• Maintain code quality, validation, and reproducibility.
