Hotelprofessionals - Eurostars Rijnhaven in Rotterdam zoekt een enthousiaste kok/chef de partie voor de openingkeuken van ons nieuwe hotel. Je bereidt gerechten volgens recept en bewaakt kwaliteit, presentatie en hygiëne.

Je werkt in een dynamische openingsomgeving met collega’s en draagt bij aan een vlekkeloze service. Vloeiende beheersing van Engels is een pré; fulltime dienstverband en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen onze Happiness Industry.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Kok of Chef de Partie.
• Ervaring in openings is een plus.
• Aandacht voor detail en kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van gerechten volgens recepten en standaarden.
• Zorgen voor kwaliteit, presentatie en consistentie.
• Beheren van mise en place en stationorganisatie.
• Volgen van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-protocollen.
• Ondersteunen van voorraadbeheer en opslag van ingrediënten.
• Samenwerken met het keukenteam voor een vlotte service.

We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie (koks) to join the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

• Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Managing mise en place and station organization.
• Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols.
• Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
