Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company in Rotterdam zoekt kokken / Chef de Partie om deel uit te maken van de openingskeuken van een nieuw hotel.

Je werkt aan gerechten volgens recept en normen, bewaakt kwaliteit en presentatie, en zorgt voor mise en place en teamwork. Enige ervaring in openingshotels is een plus. Wij bieden training, hotelkortingen en een talentenclub.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie.
• Experience in openings is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Bereiden en uitwerken van gerechten volgens recepten en normen.
• Zorg dragen voor kwaliteit, presentatie en consistentie.
• Mise en place en stationorganisatie beheren.
• Hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-protocollen volgen.
• Voorraadcontrole en juiste opslag van ingrediënten ondersteunen.
• Samenwerken met het keukenteam voor een vlotte service.

We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie (koks) to join the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

• Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Managing mise en place and station organization.
• Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols.
• Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
