Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is expanding and opening a new hotel in Rotterdam. We are hiring Front Office Team Members to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, handle check-in/out, reservations, and guest profiles, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Fluent English is required, Dutch is highly valued; experience in Front Office or Guest Services is preferred, especially in hotel openings and 4/5 star properties.

• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Supporting the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening.
