De rol vereist ervaring in F&B en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Openingservaring wordt gewaardeerd; beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is essentieel. Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden worden in overleg besproken.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in F&B service is vereist.
• Openings-ervaring wordt gewaardeerd.
• Sterke communicatie en klantenservice.
• Positieve houding en kunnen werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Zijne/haar taken: attente, vriendelijke en professionele service in restaurant, bar of events.
• Bestellingen opnemen, gerechten en dranken serveren en klanttevredenheid waarborgen.
• Netheid en organisatie van servicegebieden behouden.
• Upselling-initiatieven ondersteunen en menukeuzes promoten.
• Afstemmen met keuken- en bar-teams voor soepele service.

We are looking for F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) to join the opening service team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

• Delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service in restaurant, bar, or events.
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu items.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in F&B service roles.
• Experience in openings is valued.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
