Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company in Rotterdam is building an opening kitchen team and seeks Cooks / Chefs de Partie to join the new hotel project.

You will prepare dishes to recipes, ensure quality and presentation, manage mise en place, and maintain HACCP standards while supporting stock control and collaborating with the kitchen team for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie.
• Experience in openings is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
