Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new property in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will lead the full setup of the F&B department, overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop the F&B team, manage budgets and supplier relations, ensure brand standards and safety compliance, and drive revenue through innovative service and upselling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B Manager or similar role in hotels.
• Experience with hotel openings is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full opening and setup of the F&B department.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations.
• Develop and implement F&B strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and lead the F&B team.

What will you be responsible for?
