Mandated Responsibilities

• Keeping close contact with customers and internal departments, including planning, sales and crossdock.
• Quickly and accurately creating shipments to various destinations across Europe.
• Monitoring and maintaining customer performance reports.
• Handling complaints/claims and processing the related logistics administration in our systems.
• Identifying, analysing and resolving process deviations.
• Further developing customer relationships and recognising business opportunities.

Take ownership of shipments, monitor progress and ensure everything runs smoothly from origin to destination. As the connecting link between customers and colleagues, identify challenges early, communicate clearly in case of delays and work together with the team to find the best solutions.

Qualifications

• A passion for transport and logistics, and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, such as customer service representative, transport planner or another customer focused position.
• A service-oriented mindset, you think in solutions, work well as part of a team and are only satisfied when the job is done.
• Strong social skills, a good sense of humour and the confidence to pick up the phone when needed.
• Good command of the Dutch (B2) and English language.
