Job summary

Sisk Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Document Controller to join our project team. You will manage project documentation, ensure version control, and support compliance with project requirements.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and site teams, maintain central files, and implement change control processes within the CDE while training users and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Essential: Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Essential: Understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192 standards.
• Essential: Advanced user of VFP, FV, or similar CDE / DFT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all project documentation, ensuring proper receipt, classification, verification, registration, distribution, and retrieval.
• Establish and maintain central site files, uncontrolled drawings, registers, and collate Operation & Maintenance, Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and BCAR files.
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE.
• Prepare and configure distribution matrices, status reports, and workflows for sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data.
• Attend project meetings to engage with the project team and stakeholders on documentation and IM matters.
