Job summary

DEME is seeking a Project Document Controller to strengthen one of its offshore project teams in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for Document Control within the project and collaborate closely with the Project Management Team, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will ensure documentation is correctly managed throughout the lifecycle, maintaining procedures and standards, while supporting the team in using the eDMS and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in Document Control within project-driven engineering, construction or offshore environments.
• Familiar with electronic document management systems; Aconex and/or SharePoint is an asset.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Fluent in English; other languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Document Control activities within the project.
• Manage and maintain project documentation within the designated eDMS (Aconex/SharePoint).
• Act as a key point of contact for Document Control within the project team.
