Job summary

Atos SE in the Netherlands is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Process Expert to lead C&B cycles across the Benelux and Nordics. You will ensure salary reviews and bonuses are executed accurately and on time, and you will collaborate with Payroll and HR partners to support efficient HR operations.

The role emphasizes data management, governance, and continuous improvement, with reporting to Payroll, Finance and Audit teams.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations or Payroll.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 level and above).

Responsibilities

Execute Compensation & Benefits processes: salary reviews, bonuses, and recurring compensation activities.
Coordinate and ensure activities are completed accurately within timelines.
Support operational delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
Data management: prepare, validate, and reconcile data; resolve discrepancies.
Provide guidance on C&B policies and respond to queries; escalate complex cases.
Reporting & governance: maintain SOPs, audit trails, and process checklists.
